Squat-kicks (Great for bottom and quads) Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart, keeping them parallel and your knees in line with your feet Keep your hands linked straight out in front, shoulder height Push your bottom out slightly and squat half-way As you rise kick out your left leg pointing your toe Repeat, kicking with your right leg Keep going and now with an opponent using boxing mitts, squat lower and kick the mitt with your shin Knee-kicks (Great cardio workout) Stand with your right foot behind you, hips facing your opponent with your back heel off the ground Place your hands on your opponent&#8217;s boxing mitts and kick up with your knee, pointing your toe Repeat 8 kicks with the same leg and then change legs Now do 2 knee-kicks and switch legs Repeat Roundhouse Kicks (Great for glutes and quads, do 10 sets on each leg with 30secs rest in between) Stand in front of a punching bag with your hips facing forward, step in with your toe forward and kick the punching bag with your shin, then step back To stay balanced you need to use your stomach muscles The better you get, the higher you will be able to kick on the bag Keep working towards a kickarse body, or I&#8217;ll have to come over and kick YOUR arse</p>
