Eating the right foods can help clear your acne. Also, all of these acne clearing recipes and diet tips work for losing weight and maintaining weight loss as well. Also, you can help smooth out facial wrinkles and get your “glow” back. You can also help slow down the signs of aging both internal and external. You can help ease dry skin and other bothersome skin conditions like eczema and psoriasis. Ingredients: -1 butternut squash (peeled, seeded, & diced) -1 small/medium onion (minced) -2 celery stalks (diced) -2 carrots (peeled and diced) -Organic free range chicken broth (low sodium) -Sea salt -Black pepper -Nutmeg -Cinnamon Directions: Melt the butter in a large pot .Put all of the veggies and garlic into the pot and cook covered (checking and mixing often) for 15 minutes of medium heat. After the 15 minutes, or the squash starts to get tender, pour the broth over the vegetables until it just covers them but not more. Save any left over broth in case you want to make your soup more watery, for example. Bring the mixture to a boil. Once it boils, bring to a simmer and simmer covered for 40 minutes. Allow to cool for about 10 minutes. Put the soup in a blender or food processor and blend until the desired consistency has been reached. Season with salt and pepper if you’d like. Serve and enjoy. Any left overs can be stored in Tupperware in the refrigerator for up to a week.
