www.ibourl.com I this the final video in this challenge and I am so proud of myself. My goal was to loose 15lbs and to get in my corset. Well, I lost a lil over 14lbs and yes, I can get into my corset, well. I just keep it pushing and I didn’t give up and I won in the end. I do believe the most of my weight loss was due to me taking V3 Weight Management Complex daily. I was a little lazy when it came to my cardio. I did do quite a bit of walking but due to time I was not able to get my cardio going well.
