PowerPlatform training combines moves found in Pilates, Tai Chi, Yoga, Ballet, Brain Fitness and Martial arts. It is a completely non-impact form of exercise that works the body in the upright position and uses only the weight of the body as resistance. This training works to integrate the muscle groups building core strength, coordination, flexibilty and balance. PowerPlatform moves are peformed in the upright position because this is the way nature intended for us to move. The standing position is easier for most people to perform and is much safer for the joints and muscles of posture. This allows a larger population to enjoy the benefits of exercise.
