The stronger you get, the less t-tapp you have to do. this is opposite of most fitness routines. T-Tapp is about educating people to empower them to use movement to get and stay healthy. T-Tapp is a physical therapy approach to fitness. T-Tapp is involved in alliances with various public schools to get our children to become active. T-Tapp is also a left brain/right brain activity.
