I could have done it on the third day, but I waited until the next day instead. This morning I got measured and I&#039;ve lost 13.75 inches total and we took pictures to record the progress. That was hugely encouraging! You are doing really awesome, Lisa, so stay strong girl!!</description>

		<description>I stalled too when Tom came while I ate on strict protocol.  After drinking plenty of water, hot lemon water with cayenne &amp; stevia, and tea on a steak day, I dropped daily again.  Keep the faith, you&#039;re doing great.</description>
