    1. You put on the vest upside down, the tall part is up, towards the head
    2. There is still impact if you jog in the shallow end; if you are recovering from an injury that you will risk aggravating the injury rather than helping it. Jog in the deep end only to avoid impact and work the legs and hips.
    3. no need for the high arm action. The vest supports the upper body; the emphasis is on getting a lower body and aerobic workout. Drop the arms to the same height as you would while running.
