    Hi Steven, glad to hear stabilization is going well for you. Me trying to work out at a chunky 252 lbs, forget it, I quit… down 30-60 lbs, yeah – I can do that.

    I think that’s the bigger picture – losing a good deal of weight rapidly – THEN when you’re actually fit enough to do it, start with the weight training & aerobics, be active. Not that hCG is the be all end all – it’s a stepping stone to get you to where you can do the other stuff & add a lil muscle mass, sweat off the last 15 lbs

    Funny you mention “The Biggest Loser”. I had thought about that show when I said ‘work out and diet”.

    However, it would be funny to see a competitor sneak some HCG into the game, be a total slouch, do nothing…. and win!

    Congratulations, you look great! And look! You haven’t gained even a pound back! Sure puts all those naysayers to shame. Now you’ll be watching this season’s episodes of “The Biggest Loser” and feel sorry for all those people KILLING themselves to lose weight, when all you did was sit in your easy chair for 30 days.

    I will barely be able to watch the show, being soo angry that they will be put through soo much suffering only because they have been deceived by the weight loss industry.
