I follow Running0nEmpty’s advice by setting small goals but also making sure they are just out of my reach…for example i know that I would really have to push myself to do weight training every other day b/c i hate it! good job on the loss!
well done. for motivation, some say its shallow but i reward myself with a week of good choices. I am trying to make my relationship with food better so I don’t reward myself with food – I use stuff. So for this week, I really want a CD that is coming out. How do I get there?
sorry i have no awesome secret motivation tips besides to tell you that you look fabulous even if you don’t feel so well these past few days. keep your head up!

Motivation tip, Set a small goal like do a mile in 11 min or climb 30 floors 2 times this week on the stair master.
