Awesome video. I would start to meditate on how WELL you’re doing. Whenever I can’t get through something, I start to concentrate on how I CAN and AM. “I am so happy that I’m eating right. I am so grateful that I make the right decisions. I am so proud that I am doing this and making it work.” The more I con myself into believing that I’m already doing something well and on plan, the more I AM doing well and AM on plan. You could give it a try!

I have the chocolate voice too, and to be honest, I eat it, but honestly, I go swimming right after. I haven’t gained weight from the chocolate I’ve been eating xD
