Thanks! I’m glad you like it. My motto is always to keep it really simple. I can tell you, I don’t even want to think about exercise, but if it’s quick and simple I’ll do it more often.
    Cheers, Fiona

This video is awesome … I’ve opted for the bit of walking home from college each day which is around 2 1/2 miles. Might not seem far but it’s a big step … especially for someone who hates exercise! Thanks for the video :)

Glad you liked it! Good on you for getting into a healthy lifestyle. You may also like to try my ‘fast fitness 4 minute’ workout video – it’s not only for women, I just pitch to women as most men prefer to listen to male trainers. It’s a good basic all round workout. Do it 3 times in a row and it will be a great addition to a running program. Good luck! Cheers, Fiona

I’ve been doing some running lately, maybe I should do your excercises after I’m done. Unfortunately, I’ve got a long way to go before I reach my fitness goals. Glad to see my very distant relatives in Australia are staying in shape. Enjoyed the video, I’ll give it a try.
