Lose 10 Pounds in 2 Weeks with Diet & Exercise

Here’s how to lose 10 pounds in 2 weeks with a free diet and exercises. I’m going to make this as simple as possible for you to do. I know you’re busy, so there won’t be anything in this article about going to the gym. Also, I’m sure you don’t want to cook the whole day in the kitchen, so anything in the diet I mention will be 5 minutes or less in the kitchen.


1. Spin around in a circle like children

This starts off everything. The reason why I’ve included this strange weight loss exercise is because it stimulates your Endocrine System to balance out your hormonal output. With balanced hormones, you’re in the perfect situation to lose a lot of weight pretty fast.

So, go into your living room or wherever and start to spin around clockwise, with your arms out like airplane wings. Do this for anywhere from 5-20 spins. Spin only until you’re slightly dizzy, nothing more. After a few sets of spins, you’ll know the number of spins to do.

2. Jump on a mini-trampoline

This is better than jogging, elliptical, stairstepper, etc. I love it. What I do is jump on it during tv commercials so I don’t even need to schedule a workout time. Frees up a lot of time for me doing it like that. I suggest you jump on the mini-trampoline for about 22 minutes a day. (Note: Each 1 hour tv show has about 22 minutes worth of commercials.)

Free Diet

1. Eat 2-4 scrambled eggs in the morning, every morning.

This is vital to weight loss because of the high protein in eggs. Understand this, 80% of overweight people either skip breakfast or eat a bad breakfast. Now, 80% of skinny and lean people eat breakfast… a good breakfast. So eat a good breakfast, eat eggs.

2. Black beans are king

With each 48 cent can of black beans containing 25 grams of protein and 25 grams of fiber, you’ve taken out a good part of all the protein you’ll need for the day and you got the 25 grams of fiber you need each day. I suggest you eat 1/2 can with breakfast (eggs) and 1/2 can at either lunch or dinner.

3. Eat 3 apples a day no matter what

Listen, I know telling you to eat 3 apples a day will fall on many deaf ears. But it works. Just get past the “boringness” of the idea. If you just did this alone, you’d lose 2 pounds a month for 2-3 months. Apples have 5 grams of fiber and are high in water content. That makes it a perfect snack.

So there you go. That’s how to lose 10 pounds in 2 weeks using this free diet and exercises… nothing terribly hard to do.
