ignore the daft exercises and just get stepping… put your stepper in front of the tv and watch an easy to follow tv program such as ‘eastenders’, just do it as soon as it begins and carry on the whole way through. it’s on for half an hour and before you know it you have done your 30 mins of cardio! WOOHOO! Perhaps you can lift dumbells whilst doing it for a higher intensity.

(similar item i think, only bigger)?? Any way i didnt get a dvd with it so i purchased one from E-bay.com… They have lots to choose from, i got the “Brenda Degraf”, powerhouse workout dvd”.. That is the one which is made for the steppers, theres also a begginers one too,so no need to jump in at the deep end…
Anyway, im sure youll find what you need there, cost averages around £2-£3 a dvd plus p&p..(no more than £5) Hope ive been of help to you.???
